​Kimberly E. Zouzoua is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Wassia Consulting LLC and a seasoned nonprofit executive with more than 30 years of experience supporting mission-driven organizations at the local and national levels.
Throughout her career, Kimberly has led and advised a diverse range of nonprofit organizations across areas including fundraising, community relations, operations, fiscal planning, program development, and personnel management. She is recognized for providing strategic vision and executive leadership that strengthens operational processes, increases public awareness, and fosters strong, collaborative partnerships with community, corporate, academic, and political stakeholders.
Kimberly brings a unique ability to cultivate shared leadership, effective decision-making, and positive working relationships between boards, staff, and organizational stakeholders. Her leadership approach emphasizes alignment, accountability, and sustainability—ensuring organizations are well-positioned to achieve both immediate goals and long-term impact.
With a proven track record in nonprofit leadership and consulting, Kimberly has successfully recruited, trained, and developed high-performing teams; led the implementation and expansion of impactful programs; and optimized operational and fundraising budgets to support organizational growth.
